Who am I?
This has been the most profound and unanswered question in my life. We owe it to ourselves to answer this question - to know who we are, to live in our authenticity, to be ONE in spirit and in truth with the God who created us and loves us. All the other things we pursue outside the core of our Being are but attempts to fill in or answer that lingering question, "Who am I?"
I am Truth, Mercy, Justice, Peace, and Hope. I am Grace, Faith, Strength, Compassion, and Joy.
I AM LOVE.
I am a child of God.
Do not give me philosophies or doctrines to live by. Do not make me figure out ways to live this life. Do not give me silver or gold, nor things my hands could hold.
Give me who I am in you, oh God!
